Start your day in the best possible way with a delicious breakfast from our abundant buffet. With fresh coffee or tea, freshly baked rolls from the bakery next door, healthy fruits, a variety of cereals and our attentive service.
Our rich breakfast buffet offers a variety of premium products with many local produce: tasty buns, free-range eggs from a nearby farm, which we like to eat ourselves too, cold cuts and a range of different cheese, cereals, honey, fresh fruits and juices. On many days we serve smoked salmon, home-made real German “schmaltz” with “gribenes”. Of course you find yoghurt, jam and marmalade and quark every day. Eggs are made to order; just let us know how you like your eggs and we will prepare them as you wish.
For guests suffering from food allergies we gladly follow your special wishes. Please inform us in sufficient time to let us shop according to your wishes.
