Meetings up to 20 persons

The Hotel Ludwig is well-suited for meetings and conferences for up to 20 persons. Enjoy our quiet and air conditioned meeting room with usual conference equipment facing our inner courtyard. For small conferences up to five persons our “Ludwig Suite” for non-smokers is especially appropriate. For a relaxed conference we only arrange meetings with at least one overnight stay. Daily delegate rate (max. 20 persons)

• Preparation of the meeting room
• Usual meeting equipment, a pad of notepaper with pen for each person, flipchart with paper, screen and wireless internet
• One cold refreshment (soft drink) per person in the meeting room
• One coffee break with fresh coffee, tea and a made to order snack from the bakery next door
